Updating REACH CSAs and CSRs: Human Health Risk Assessments
Dr. Anna Rowbotham (TSGE Consulting)
This workshop will focus on updating REACH Chemical Safety Assessments and the corresponding Chemical Safety Report in line with the current requirements by ECHA; exploring the guidance, approaches and challenges. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss challenging issues and share experiences.
Study data: A global asset
Dr. Craig Kelly  (TSGE Consulting)
Within the EU, the concept of mutually shared substance study data has become enshrined in our way of working, induced by the requirements of joint registration in REACH (EC 1907/2006). There are still multiple challenges, especially with the retroactive application of the requirements of the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/9. However, with the widening need for data in other jurisdictions, this workshop will consider some of the aspects to be considered in global data sharing. We will look at benefits of sharing, data ownership, what is being shared, challenges of applying the REACH data set globally, considerations of value and issues yet to come.
